As the days of summer wind down, things are still heating up here at Copypress. This month we unveiled our new Resources Section offering content marketing tips and examples. We made improvements to internal teams, got inside tips from our content creators, and we are preparing for fall tradeshows. Let’s take a quick look back at August 2016 for CopyPress.
The CopyPress Resource Center is now live on our website. We have compiled content marketing assets that we feel will give marketers and agencies the tools needed to expand their content portfolios. The resource section contains; white papers, infographics, e-books, webinars, and case studies. These resources touch on a variety of topics ranging from digital media creation, to headline analysis, and how to curate content. Put together by our team of content experts, each of these resources can be used to help you understand new areas of content development. This month’s webinar focused on the important subject of content curation. CopyPress experts, Derek Miller and Dave Snyder go into detail about what helps content get shared. This webinar helps marketers understand how to make your content ready to be shared. Is your content easy to read? Does it contain hard to follow visuals? Do you have broken or old links? These and other important questions about sharing content are answered through this month’s webinar. As fall rolls in look for our CopyPress Client Strategists at these two big content marketing events: SMX East and Pubcon. The Search Marketing Expo, East edition, will be held in New York City’s Jacob K. Javits convention center, in downtown Manhattan. SMX East brings together the latest technology and trends in search marketing for a 3-day event. Attendees can expect to hear from various leaders in search marketing during the seminars. They will also be encouraged to meet with leading companies in the search marketing space at the expo hall. SMX East runs from Tuesday, September 27th through Thursday, September 29th. PubCon, as many of you may know, is regarded as the nations leading digital marketing and optimization conference. So it comes as no surprise that the CopyPress team will be in attendance. Looking to build off our successes at last year’s conference, this year, CopyPress is prepared to network with all brands and agencies looking to expand their content offerings. Client Strategist, Jennifer Ross, is excited about the new opportunities this year’s PubCon brings. “I’m really looking forward to all the new companies that are attending and meeting with our current customers as well.” This year’s PubCon will be held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, October 10th – 13th. This month we had some awesome digital media projects, one in particular that stood out is an infographic on destination weddings created for AskMe. With destination weddings becoming increasingly popular, this infographic comes right on time. Giving its viewers a detailed look at the planning steps of a destination wedding, this infographic combines catchy illustrations with useful information in a unique way. By giving this information a creative visual, AskMe is turning what could be a boring set of instructions into a useful and shareable content piece. Look for this infographic to get shared across the Internet.
This month, the CopyPress creative community contributed heavily to our blog. Our creative spotlight this month featured topics that help freelancers build authority as writers, stay current with their writing, and tell better company stories. At CopyPress, our creatives help drive our ability to deliver quality content and their input on improving the content marketplace is always helpful. Look for more interesting topics on how to improve your ability to create great content.
In our efforts to deliver the best content available, CopyPress also focuses on improving our internal teams. We have made some strides in improving the knowledge level of our team members as well as added some fun new office toys to keep the teams, “focused.” We’ve seen vast improvements and CopyPress CEO, Dave Snyder, is intent on keeping a positive work environment that fosters growth at every level.
