For the next episode of the Pubcon interview series, I had the wonderful opportunity to catch up with Dana Lookadoo, the Founder of Yo! Yo! SEO.
In my interview with Dana, she discussed some of the main points made during one of her panel sessions on the “10 Commandments for designing personas” and why it’s key to create personas. I’m a little embarrassed to admit it, but this was the first time I had heard the term “personas” used to refer to the audience; I had never heard of the concept of creating an identity for each type of visitor on your site before my discussion with Dana (thanks for filling me in, Dana!). I really had a lot of fun and laughs in this interview, and I enjoyed learning more about something new to me.
